What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
50 pieces per design per color for in-stock items. You can mix different products, sizes, and colors to reach the total MOQ.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items: 7–15 days production + shipping. Express to Europe takes 7–12 days; to South America 10–15 days. Sea freight takes 25–40 days depending on destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. Net 30 available for repeat clients after 3+ orders.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes! Sample packs are available at cost. Samples ship within 3–5 days via express courier. The sample cost is deducted from your first bulk order.
Do you offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping?
Yes. DDP shipping is available — we handle customs clearance and pay import duties on your behalf. Additional cost applies based on destination country.
What fabric materials do you use?
We primarily use 100% Polyester with moisture-wicking treatment, 160GSM. Other options available: cotton-poly blends, spandex blends for stretch, and specialty fabrics. Tell us your requirements!
Can I customize products with my own logo?
Absolutely! We offer screen printing, heat transfer, 3D rubber print, and embroidery. MOQ for custom logo: 100 pcs per design. Send your artwork in AI, EPS, or high-res PNG format.
Do you offer private label services?
Yes. We can put your brand on the neck label, size label, care label, hang tags, and packaging. MOQ: 100 pcs per design. Custom packaging MOQ: 500 pcs.
What sizes are available?
Standard sizes S through XXXL are available for most products. We also offer custom sizing for bulk orders of 500+ pcs. See individual product pages for detailed size charts.
What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
Defective items are replaced free of charge. For non-defective returns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Custom/OEM orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes! We welcome qualified business partners to visit our factory in Shenzhen, China by appointment. Contact us to schedule a visit.
